Associate Attorney needed for Cleveland office

Cleveland office of our client seeks an associate attorney with 2-100 years of experience as a trial attorney. The candidate will be assisting with pre-trial and trial matters and managing ongoing cases. Will be taking depositions and attending hearings. Conducting legal research and preparing memoranda, demands, complaints, pleadings, motions, and jury instructions. Reviewing and analyzing medical records, employee benefit plans, pay stubs, and collective bargaining agreements. Interviewing clients, witnesses, and experts. Willing to take over cases with minimal supervision. Actually, go to trial. Previous injury or medical malpractice litigation experience is a plus. Should have experience in all aspects of litigation, including taking and defending depositions. Must be an active member of the State Bar of Ohio in good standing.
