Job Overview

Duties

  • Manage and run employment litigation cases.
  • Communicate and negotiate with opposing counsel.
  • Argue motions in court effectively.

  • Manage deadlines and case dockets efficiently.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of employment litigation and counseling experience.
  • Extensive litigation experience preferred.
  • Experience with traditional labor law is a plus.
  • New Jersey bar membership required.
  • New York bar membership preferred, required within one year of employment.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Bar membership in New Jersey.
  • Bar membership in New York preferred.

Skills

  • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
  • Comfortable advising clients and managing cases.
