Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced employment litigation attorney for its Sacramento, CA office. This role involves defending wage and hour class actions and single plaintiff lawsuits, collaborating with clients on strategic decisions, and representing them in various legal proceedings.

Duties

• Defend wage and hour class actions and single plaintiff lawsuits.
• Collaborate with clients on strategic legal decisions.
• Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and depositions.
• Engage in day-to-day employment-related legal advice.

Requirements

• 5+ years of employment litigation experience, including wage and hour class action experience.
• Active California State Bar admission.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Education

• JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
