A law firm is seeking a Senior Real Estate Associate Attorney in Denver. The attorney should have an interest in all aspects of real estate development. They will ideally possess experience in the acquisition and disposition, financing, and leasing of commercial real estate. Familiarity with land use, zoning, and land development approvals is a plus. Key attributes include excellent oral and research skills, effective communication with clients, and the ability to manage small-to-mid-sized matters efficiently.
 
Duties:
• Assist with various aspects of real estate development
• Conduct legal research related to real estate transactions
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, leases, and agreements
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding legal matters
• Manage small-to-mid-sized matters or portions of large matters efficiently
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff on real estate projects
• Provide legal advice and guidance on real estate issues
 
Requirements:
• 11 years of experience in real estate (purchase and sale) law
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the State Bar
 
Skills:
• Strong understanding of real estate law and transactions
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in legal research and writing
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
 
Additional Preferred Skills:
• Experience with land use, zoning, and land development approvals
