Job Overview:

The Associate Attorney will provide legal counsel and representation in corporate transactions, private offerings, venture capital, public company representation, and public offerings. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of relevant law firm experience in Corporate Law, possess exceptional academic credentials, and hold membership to the TX State Bar.

Duties:

  • Provide legal advice and representation in corporate transactions, including private offerings, venture capital, and public offerings.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support client matters.
  • Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
  • Participate in negotiations and settlements.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, if necessary.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex cases.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of relevant law firm experience in Corporate Law.
  • Membership to the TX State Bar.
  • Highly motivated individual with excellent academic credentials.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Superior negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the TX State Bar.
