Senior Attorney needed for Seattle office

A law firm is seeking a Senior Attorney to join their team in Seattle, WA. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

Job Overview: The Senior Attorney will be a key member of the legal team, providing expertise in civil litigation while maintaining high standards of professionalism and client service.

Duties:

• Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.
• Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and reply to correspondence efficiently and responsively.
• Provide timely, accurate, and quality work products.
• Successfully meet deadlines and expectations, performing work duties as required.
• Foster positive work relationships within the firm and with external parties.
• Comply with all firm policies and practices.
• Engage in both physical and sedentary activities, including working at a computer for extended periods, participating in digital/virtual conference calls, and attending meetings as needed.
• Perform all other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• 4 years of experience with civil litigation in state and federal courts.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Experience conducting and defending depositions, managing a case docket, and appearing in court is preferred.
• Trial experience is required.
• Experience handling multi-district litigation is a plus.

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar Association in Washington.
