Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm in Seattle is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of practical experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent legal research and writing skills, the ability to work independently, and strong advocacy skills. The role involves handling various aspects of fact discovery drafting pleadings, and motions. Clerkship experience is preferred.

Duties:

• Conducted legal research and produced well-written legal documents.
• Work independently and collaboratively with legal teams.
• Demonstrate strong advocacy skills in litigation matters.
• Handle all aspects of fact discovery, including written discovery and depositions.
• Draft pleadings, as well as dispositive and non-dispositive motions.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of practical experience in litigation.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.

• Strong advocacy skills in a litigation context.
• Outstanding academic credentials.
• Superior analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
