The candidate will be responsible for court appearances from motion hearings to trials, preparing and attending depositions, preparing and attending mediations and strategic planning of cases. Must have extensive experience in family law cases with a positive approach to resolving complex family law issues. Must be a Tennessee-licensed attorney.
