Lateral Antitrust Associate Attorney

A law firm in San Francisco is seeking an experienced Lateral Antitrust Associate Attorney with 3-6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess substantive knowledge of antitrust law, strong writing and analytical skills, and top academic credentials. The role will involve representing clients in civil litigation, DOJ/FTC civil conduct investigations, and criminal enforcement matters.

Duties:

• Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in antitrust matters, including civil litigation, investigations, and enforcement actions.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on antitrust issues, statutes, and case law.
• Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, briefs, and memoranda.
• Assist in DOJ/FTC civil conduct investigations and respond to government inquiries.
• Represent clients in criminal antitrust investigations and enforcement actions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including clients, experts, and co-counsel.
• Stay updated on developments in antitrust law and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar and eligibility to practice law in California.
• 3-6 years of experience in antitrust law, with a focus on civil litigation and government investigations.
• Strong understanding of antitrust statutes, regulations, and case law.
