A law firm in San Francisco, CA, is seeking an Antitrust Litigation Associate Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of antitrust law and demonstrate strong legal writing skills.

Duties:

  • Represent clients in antitrust litigation cases, including mergers, monopolistic practices, and price-fixing investigations.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on antitrust issues, including precedent cases, statutes, and regulations.
  • Draft and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, briefs, and responses.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop litigation strategies and provide legal counsel to clients.
  • Prepare clients for depositions, hearings, and trials and assist in trial preparation.
  • Manage case files, document production, and discovery processes.
  • Stay updated on changes in antitrust law and advise clients on compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring effective communication and regular updates on case progress.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the State Bar of California.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in antitrust litigation.
  • Strong understanding of antitrust law, regulations, and legal principles.
  • Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
