Duties:

• Represent clients in various litigation matters, including general liability, commercial disputes, labor/employment, and construction defect

• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and memoranda

• Manage case files from initiation through resolution, including discovery and trial preparation

• Participate in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances

• Collaborate with supervising attorneys and clients on strategy and case direction

• Mentor junior team members as applicable

• Contribute to a collegial, diverse, and team-oriented work culture

Requirements:

• 1 to 5 years of hands-on litigation experience

• Demonstrated ability to handle caseload with minimal supervision

• Admitted and in good standing with the California State Bar

• Commitment to high-quality legal work and strong professional ethics

• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership in the California State Bar (mandatory)

Skills:

• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy capabilities

• Skilled in case strategy, motion practice, and trial preparation

• Ability to work across multiple practice areas and adapt quickly

• Organized and efficient in managing tasks and meeting deadlines
