Washington, D.C. office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks associate attorney with 2-3 years of experience. The candidate must have excellent fundamentals and the firm will teach them their substantive areas of practice. Experience with motions practice and taking and defending depositions would be a plus. Should have interest in working across the practice areas: gaming, data privacy, advertising, Federal Agency defense (FTC, SEC, CFTC, FDA, and CFPB), and white collar.

The candidate should have excellent grades; ideally with a judicial clerkship; excellent writing skills and a solid grasp of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. The firm offers business development coaching and associates have opportunities to develop their brand through writing and speaking and will get significant client contact opportunities.
