• Take depositions and engage in discovery activities to gather essential information.
• Argue discovery motions and effectively communicate legal positions.
• Prepare for and actively participate in trials and arbitration hearings.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant state and federal court litigation experience.
• Proven experience in business litigation, with a focus on product liability cases.
