The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing complex cases, handling various litigation tasks, and contributing to the success of the legal team.

Duties:

• Manage complex commercial litigation cases, overseeing all aspects from initiation to resolution.
• Conduct and coordinate discovery processes, ensuring adherence to legal standards and deadlines.
• Take and defend depositions, presenting a comprehensive understanding of case facts.
• Draft precise pleadings, motions, and legal documents to support litigation strategies.
• Effectively manage and supervise document review processes, collaborating with support staff.
• Provide strategic legal counsel and analysis to clients throughout the litigation lifecycle.
• Preferably, represent clients in court proceedings, showcasing a strong courtroom presence.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal teams to develop effective case strategies.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California Bar or eligibility to promptly obtain admission.
• Should have some years of experience as a practicing attorney, with a focus on complex litigation.
• Proven track record of successfully managing commercial litigation cases.
