  • Utilize strong writing skills to draft legal documents and communicate effectively.

 

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of government contracts experience.
  • Experience in bid protests, claims, disputes, and federal procurement counseling.
  • Knowledge of GSA Schedule, National Security, ITAR, or Cybersecurity issues.
  • Strong writing skills for legal document drafting and effective communication.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

 

Certifications:

Relevant certifications in government contracts law are a plus.

 

Skills:

  • Proficient in handling bid protests, claims, and disputes.
  • Federal procurement counseling expertise.
  • Familiarity with GSA Schedule, National Security, ITAR, or Cybersecurity issues.
  • Strong written communication skills.
