A law firm in Miami, FL, is actively seeking an accomplished Partner specializing in Healthcare to join their team. The remote position requires a Partner with a portable business of $350,000 to $500,000, contributing to the firm's Healthcare practice group.

Duties:

• Provide expert legal counsel in Healthcare law, including regulatory compliance and transactional matters.
• Lead and manage healthcare-related transactions, contracts, and regulatory issues.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships within the healthcare industry.
• Collaborate with other partners and legal professionals to enhance the overall performance of the Healthcare practice group.
• Stay updated on legal and industry trends in Healthcare.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Partner specializing in Healthcare within a reputable law firm.
• Demonstrated ability to bring a portable business ranging from $350,000 to $500,000.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and mentor legal professionals.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
