Miami office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a healthcare partner with experience in healthcare/life sciences issues. The candidate must have strong healthcare regulatory and transactional experience, compliance with health-related state and federal laws and regulations, private and public third-party reimbursement, corporate practice of medicine, healthcare operational issues, integrated delivery systems, and purchases/sales and mergers of healthcare businesses as well as joint ventures. Past work should encompass a wide range of healthcare entities, such as physician group practices, large group providers, healthcare systems, skilled nursing and long-term care facilities, clinical laboratories, home health agencies, medical device manufacturers, durable medical equipment suppliers, practice management companies, management service organizations (MSOs)and substance abuse treatment centers. Any previous experience working with Medicare, CMS, government enforcement agencies, or with payers or managed care is also a plus.

This is a Florida-based business law firm. Its attorney team members are organized into four practice teams: the Administrative Law team, the Business Reorganization team, the Dispute Resolution team, and the Transaction team.
