Civil Defense Attorney

Tampa office of our client seeks civil defense attorney with experience. The candidate will serve in professional legal work providing counsel and representation to clients. Will conduct legal research and analysis of applicable statutes. Develop strategies, evidence, and arguments in preparation for trial. Prepare a variety of legal documents such as discovery requests and responses, pleadings, subpoenas, and medical composites. Use computer programs, document management systems, and other technology to enhance job performance. Maintain the firms core values of client commitment, honesty, integrity, accountability, teamwork, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging to support a positive work environment. Must have a J.D. degree from a recognized law school accredited by the American Bar Association and be a member of the Florida Bar. Must be highly organized, and detail-oriented and possess exceptional communication, analytical, and writing skills.
