Duties

• Assist in the representation of municipal and public sector clients

• Support litigation and advisory work in municipal, employment, real estate, and civil rights law

• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, memoranda, and client correspondence

• Conduct legal research and provide analysis on various matters

• Attend court proceedings, client meetings, and administrative hearings

• Work closely with senior attorneys on strategy, case development, and client communication

Requirements

• Strong interest in municipal law, litigation, or public sector legal practice

• Excellent writing, analytical, and organizational skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines

• Strong interpersonal communication skills and professional demeanor

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Pennsylvania
