Senior Associate Attorney needed for Chester County office

Location:

• Chester County, Pennsylvania

Duties:

• Represent public entities in roles such as solicitor, labor counsel, and defense litigator

• Handle complex civil litigation matters from inception through resolution

• Provide legal advice on municipal, labor, employment, and land use issues

• Draft legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and briefs

• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies

• Attend hearings, depositions, and court proceedings

• Collaborate with colleagues to develop client-centered legal solutions

Requirements:

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in civil litigation

• Admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple legal matters efficiently

• Excellent legal writing and analytical skills

• Strong organizational and communication capabilities

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar (Required)

Skills:

• Litigation strategy and trial preparation

• Legal research and drafting

• Client advisory and communication

• Case management and teamwork

• Knowledge of municipal and employment law is highly advantageous
