Personal Injury Plaintiffs Attorney

A law firm in Newport Beach, CA is seeking a Personal Injury Plaintiffs Attorney with 1+ years of experience. The successful candidate will advocate for injured victims, manage pre-litigation cases, and negotiate settlements with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Job Duties:

• Manage all aspects of pre-litigation personal injury cases, including client communication, case supervision, and settlement negotiations
• Provide legal counsel to plaintiffs in personal injury lawsuits, ensuring their rights are protected and seeking reasonable compensation for injuries and related losses
• Prepare and review various legal documents such as petitions, motions, responses to discovery requests, and settlement contracts
• Facilitate resolution discussions with insurance providers, defense lawyers, and other parties involved in the case
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys and support staff to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients
• Utilize expertise in personal injury and insurance law to advocate for injured victims and help them seek justice
• Demonstrate proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office
• Utilize bilingual proficiency in Spanish to assist Spanish-speaking clients

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
• Admission to practice law in California and in good standing with the CA Bar Association
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish
• In-depth understanding of personal injury laws, regulations, and legal procedures
• Demonstrated success in personal injury cases, including significant settlements and verdicts
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative team player with excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
