A law firm in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking a highly experienced Personal Injury Attorney with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling personal injury cases.

Duties:

  • Provide legal representation to clients in personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and medical malpractice.
  • Conduct client consultations and case evaluations to determine legal rights and options.
  • Investigate claims, gather evidence, and assess liability and damages.
  • Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
  • Prepare and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
  • Work closely with medical experts, investigators, and other professionals to build strong cases for clients.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the litigation process.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience practicing personal injury law.
  • Proven track record of successful case outcomes and settlements.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Trial experience is preferred but not required.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
