A law firm in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney with 3+ years of experience in personal injury law, whether plaintiff or defense. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling personal injury cases from inception through resolution.

Duties:

  • Represent clients in personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall incidents, and workplace injuries.
  • Conduct client consultations and gather pertinent information for case evaluation.
  • Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Engage in settlement negotiations with opposing counsel and insurance companies.
  • Conduct depositions and represent clients in court hearings and trials.
  • Collaborate with medical experts, investigators, and other professionals to build strong cases.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the legal process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar in good standing.
  • 3+ years of experience in personal injury law, either plaintiff or defense.
  • Strong litigation skills, including trial experience.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively.
  • Strong research and analytical abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with both plaintiff and defense personal injury cases.
  • Proven track record of successful case outcomes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
