The candidate must have experience with qualified retirement plans, executive compensation and/or health welfare plans, and the benefits side of merger & acquisition transactions. Excellent prior training at a top-quality firm or legal department, superior communication and drafting skills, and a strong work ethic are all essential. AZ Bar admission is required.
