Litigation Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 3-5 years of experience specializing in employment and/or business litigation. Requirements:

• 3-5 years of litigation experience, with a preference for employment and/or business litigation.
• Demonstrated case management and deposition experience.
• Trial experience is considered advantageous.
• Strong research and writing skills, with proficiency in law and motion practice.
• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• In good standing with the California State Bar.
