The candidate will preferably have significant involvement in M&A, financing transactions (including trading structures), debt finance, and renewable energy transactions. Stellar academic credentials and comparable law firm experience are required.

This AmLaw firm provides it's associates with excellent partners, high quality work, a transparent pay policy, and numerous pro bono opportunities.
