Miami office of our client seeks a senior litigation attorney with 5+ years of experience fluently handling all functions of a case from the initial client meeting through case resolution and large volumes of information. The candidate will work on complex, multimillion-dollar commercial matters in state, federal, and appellate courts. Must have excellent writing and analytical skills and be able to work independently as well as with others. Trial experience or experience as a public defender or prosecutor is a plus.
