Chicago office of our client is seeking a securities attorney with 5+ years of experience. Candidate should have meaningful experience regarding SEC aspects of being a public company. Candidate will manage securities law aspects of executive compensation and employee benefit plan matters, including Section 16 filings and reprortings, Rule 144 and Rule 10b-5. Candidate should have public company securities experience and general corporate work, either in-house or at a law firm.
