Mid-Level Associate Attorney

A law firm in Houston is seeking a Mid-Level Associate Attorney with 3-6 years of law firm experience to join the Energy and Infrastructure Projects group. The ideal candidate will possess strong transactional experience in M&A or financing transactions, coupled with a high level of academic achievement. This role requires a passion for delivering high-quality work products and services to clients.

Duties:

• Handle M&A and financing transactions within the Energy and Infrastructure Projects group.
• Provide legal support throughout the transactional process.
• Draft and review transactional documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal standards.
• Conduct due diligence and legal research.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and other legal professionals.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality work products and exceptional service to clients.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of law firm experience in Energy and Infrastructure Projects.
• Strong transactional experience in M&A or financing transactions.
• High level of academic achievement.

Education:

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Admission to the relevant State Bar.
