Civil Litigation Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm in Short Hills, NJ is seeking a qualified Civil Litigation Attorney to join their team. Job Details:

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience with civil litigation in state and federal courts.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Experience conducting and defending depositions, managing a case docket, and appearing in court is preferred.
• Candidates licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey are encouraged to apply.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
