Global Finance Associate Attorney

Boston office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a global finance associate attorney with 2-4 years of experience in corporate, structured finance, real estate or commercial finance, securities, public finance, or a combination of one or more of those areas. The candidate will be involved in a varied and dynamic practice, ranging from the new origination of collateralized debt obligations (CDOs) and other asset-backed securities, corporate bonds, and specialty finance to the resolution of distressed transactions.

The candidate must have strong academic credentials, superb judgment and communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent client services. Strong financial, analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills and an ability to work independently, with direct client contact, are important.
