Mid-Senior level Healthcare Associate Attorney

Indianapolis office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks mid-senior level healthcare associate attorney with 5+ years of experience in healthcare transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, affiliations, private equity deals, and other contractual arrangements (management arrangements, provider services agreements, physician employment agreements, etc.) The candidate will have opportunities for advancement in a collegial environment. Will receive training opportunities with growing levels of responsibility. Collaborate with talented and team-oriented attorneys across practice groups and across offices. Work in brand new office space in a location targeted for growth. Should preferably have experience counseling health care providers on a variety of regulatory matters, including fraud and abuse, state licensure, corporate practice of medicine, and Medicare and Medicaid billing and reimbursement issues. Should have a keen interest in developing and implementing relationship-building skills both internally and externally. Must have prior experiences that prepare them to work with attorneys, staff, and clients from cultures and backgrounds different from their own.

The candidate should have excellent written and oral communication skills. Must have excellent law school credentials and references.
