The ideal candidate will have excellent professional credentials, client service capabilities, and strong analytical, negotiating, and drafting skills.

 

Duties:

  • Provide legal advice and counsel on ERISA and employee benefits matters.
  • Assist clients in designing, implementing, and administering employee benefit plans.
  • Draft and review plan documents, summary plan descriptions, and other legal documents.
  • Advise clients on compliance with ERISA, IRS, and other relevant laws and regulations.
  • Represent clients in negotiations and disputes related to employee benefits.
  • Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • License to practice law in any state.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in ERISA and employee benefits law.
  • Strong analytical, negotiating, and drafting skills.
  • Excellent professional credentials and client service capabilities.

 

Education:
