Duties

• Litigate wage and hour claims and employment discrimination and harassment matters.
• Engage in class and collective actions and PAGA cases.
• Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings.
• Prepare and argue motions.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Manage matters independently and interact directly with clients.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
• Admitted to practice in California.

Education

• JD from an ABA accredited law school.

Certifications

• California Bar admission.
