This role entails guiding a team of legal professionals to effectively manage injury claims from intake through resolution. Duties:

• Lead and supervise a dedicated pre-litigation team, including legal assistants, paralegals, medical record specialists, and case negotiators

• Oversee case work-up and strategy for settlement or transition to litigation

• Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and legal professionals to advance case resolution

• Ensure timely documentation, review, and closure of settled matters

• Monitor team performance and offer mentorship to foster professional growth

• Collaborate with the intake and medical records teams to support accurate claim preparation

• Evaluate cases for legal merit and direct the team on necessary actions

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of legal experience, with at least 3 years in personal injury law (plaintiff or defense)

• Active license in good standing with the Texas State Bar

• Strong organizational capabilities and attention to detail

• Ability to interact professionally with clients, insurance representatives, and team members

• Adaptability in managing a high-volume caseload with varying complexity levels

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Texas

• Good standing with the State Bar of Texas
