Duties:

  • Manage pre-litigation personal injury cases from initial intake through settlement

  • Conduct thorough case evaluations and client interviews

  • Develop legal strategies and settlement demand packages

  • Engage in negotiation with insurance companies and opposing counsel

  • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and counsel throughout their case

  • Collaborate with support staff and other attorneys to ensure efficient workflow

  • Maintain accurate records and track deadlines to meet firm standards

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of legal experience preferred, particularly in personal injury or civil litigation

  • Ability to manage a full caseload independently

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Client-focused approach and excellent communication abilities

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar

Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and settlement skills
