A well-regarded litigation firm is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney to join its team in Dallas, TX. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload, including personal injury and employment matters, from case inception through trial, with the autonomy to develop and execute case strategy in a supportive environment.

Duties

• Manage all stages of litigation, including:

  • Strategy development

  • Discovery

  • Depositions

  • Settlement negotiations

  • Trial preparation and execution

• Represent clients in court hearings, trials, arbitrations, and mediations

• Conduct client consultations and maintain ongoing client communication

• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery

• Perform legal research and analysis to support case strategies

• Collaborate with support staff to prepare trial materials (e.g., exhibits, witness lists, jury instructions)

• Evaluate case strengths, identify legal issues, and propose recommendations

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school

• Licensed to practice law in the State of Texas

• Minimum of 7 years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury or employment law

• Strong familiarity with Texas and federal litigation procedures

• Demonstrated trial experience and courtroom proficiency

• Exceptional client service and communication skills

• Strong negotiation, drafting, and legal writing skills

• Ability to manage multiple complex cases both independently and in collaboration with a team
