Job Overview:
A well-established personal injury and criminal law firm in Texas is currently seeking an experienced Bilingual Pre-Litigation Attorney to join its team. This hybrid position is based in Dallas, TX, and requires a minimum of five years of personal injury experience, particularly in motor vehicle and commercial vehicle accident cases. The successful candidate will manage case evaluations, client communications, negotiations, and pre-litigation processes with fluency in both English and Spanish.

Location:

  • Dallas, Texas

Duties:

  • Review and assess personal injury claims to determine case viability and strategy

  • Communicate with clients to collect information, provide updates, and explain legal procedures

  • Conduct in-depth investigations, including gathering medical records, accident reports, and witness statements

  • Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel to resolve claims

  • Draft and review demand letters, settlement proposals, and other legal documents

  • Collaborate with the litigation team to ensure seamless case transitions when litigation is required

  • Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and ethical standards throughout case handling

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in personal injury law, with a focus on motor vehicle and commercial vehicle accident cases

  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish

  • Strong client interaction and negotiation skills

  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently and accurately

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative legal environment

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
