Labor and Employment Associate Attorney

A law firm in Indianapolis, IN, is seeking a highly qualified Labor and Employment Associate Attorney. The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of experience in employment law, possess a good academic record, and demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills.

Duties:

• Provide legal counsel and representation to clients on labor and employment matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to address client needs and develop legal strategies.
• Draft, review, and negotiate employment agreements, policies, and related documents.
• Advise clients on employment compliance, discrimination, harassment, and other labor-related issues.
• Represent clients in labor and employment-related litigation, including wrongful termination and discrimination cases.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop legal solutions and case strategies.
• Keep clients informed about changes in employment laws and regulations.
• Maintain organized case files, records, and documentation for efficient case management.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in employment law.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
