Job Overview: A law firm based in Savannah, GA, is seeking a Litigating Personal Injury Attorney to manage all aspects of Personal Injury cases. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation and communication skills, a firm understanding of Florida Personal Injury law, and the ability to handle a large caseload while providing effective leadership.

Job Details:

• Oversee gathering necessary documents, evidence, and relevant information for claims.
• Work with the team to prepare demand letters and negotiate settlement offers.
• Evaluate the merits of Personal Injury cases.
• Provide guidance and counsel to clients through effective communication.
• Handle medical reviews and negotiate and settle cases as necessary.
• Open new files, create litigation plans, and conduct discovery.
• Bilingual proficiency (English / Spanish) is a plus.
• Require at least 1 year of Personal Injury Litigation Attorney or Pre-Lit experience.
• Possess leadership skills to build and manage a legal team.
• Interact with clients during their time of need.
• Demonstrate determination to achieve the best results for clients and win cases.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Georgia State Bar.
• 1 year of experience as a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney or in Pre-Litigation.
• Firm understanding of Florida Personal Injury law.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to handle a large caseload.
• Effective leadership skills.
