Clark Hill PLC is seeking a mid-level attorney with 3-8 years of experience for its Corporate business unit. This is a hybrid position for the Atlanta office.  This attorney will be responsible for preparation and negotiation of corporate and transactional documents of all kinds including entity formation and governance documents, operating agreements, merger and acquisition documents, private equity and venture capital financing documents, compliance documents, and supply and other complex commercial agreements.  This attorney will have extensive client contact and will be expected to interact well with clients, representing clients in the negotiation of business transactions of all types.  Candidates must be detail-oriented and should possess a solid work ethic. This position offers the right attorney the ability to work in a team environment, practicing with multiple Corporate attorneys.  Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required, as are strong academic credentials.

The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $150,000 - $230,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule.  Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data.  This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.  In addition, Clark Hill offers employees the ability to participate in health insurance with optional HSA/FSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, 401K, vacation, sick time, parking/public transportation allowance, and an employee assistance program.
