Mid-Level Private Equity Debt Finance Associate Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm in Boston, MA, is seeking a Mid-Level Private Equity Debt Finance Associate Attorney with experience representing private equity sponsors, banks, and private credit lenders. The ideal candidate will have exceptional academic credentials, strong communication skills, and relevant experience in drafting and negotiating various financial documents.

Duties:

• Represent private equity sponsors, banks, and private credit lenders in connection with term and revolving loan facilities for leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, and corporate growth.
• Draft and negotiate commitment papers, credit agreements, and collateral documents.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on debt finance matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to debt finance transactions.
• Assist with due diligence and document review processes.

Requirements:

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Mid-level associate with relevant experience in debt finance transactions.
• Experience representing private equity sponsors, banks, and private credit lenders preferred.
• Outstanding academic credentials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Admitted to the Massachusetts Bar or eligible to obtain admission promptly.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Massachusetts Bar or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.
