Duties:

  • Represent private equity sponsors, banks, and private credit lenders in connection with term and revolving loan facilities for leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, and corporate growth.
  • Draft and negotiate commitment papers, credit agreements, and collateral documents.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on debt finance matters.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis related to debt finance transactions.
  • Assist with due diligence and document review processes.

Requirements:

  • JD from an accredited law school.
  • Mid-level associate with relevant experience in debt finance transactions.
  • Experience representing private equity sponsors, banks, and private credit lenders preferred.
  • Outstanding academic credentials.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Admitted to the Massachusetts Bar or eligible to obtain admission promptly.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Massachusetts Bar or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.

Skills:

  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
