Job Overview

Duties

  • Advise on compensation and benefit matters in transactions such as mergers and acquisitions.
  • Draft and review executive employment agreements and equity plans.
  • Collaborate with a national practice group on complex legal issues.

Requirements

  • 2 to 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in a large law firm.
  • Strong academic background.
  • Experience with transactions like IPOs and spin-offs is preferred.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

  • Admission to the New York State Bar.
