Job Overview:
A law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with 0 to 4 years of experience to handle a variety of litigation and transactional matters in the areas of Probate, Guardianship, Real Estate, and Estate Planning. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, organized, and able to manage cases from start to finish. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work on diverse legal matters and be part of a dynamic legal team. The position requires bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish.

Location:

Duties:

  • Handle probate and guardianship administration and litigation from start to finish.

  • Draft, proofread, and finalize legal memoranda, briefs, motions, pleadings, contracts, and estate planning documents.

  • Conduct legal research to support case strategies and provide informed legal advice.

  • Assist with real estate transactions and related legal matters.

  • Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and colleagues to manage cases effectively.

  • Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information.

Requirements:

  • 0 to 4 years of experience in real estate, probate, guardianship, or estate planning law.

  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (required).

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must be dependable, reliable, and organized.

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential.

  • Strong teamwork, consideration, and proactive approach to work.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the Florida Bar.
