A law firm seeks a Civil Litigation and Regulatory Attorney in Miami, FL, to support a diverse caseload spanning immigration, securities, estate planning, and tribal law matters. The successful candidate will collaborate with a dynamic legal team, advocate in court and administrative settings, and deliver strategic counsel to clients under varied regulatory regimes.

Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive legal research to inform case strategy and client advice.

  • Draft and review contracts, pleadings, motions, and transactional documents.

  • Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and administrative proceedings.

  • Advise on immigration filings, securities compliance, estate planning, and tribal law issues.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to craft litigation and transactional strategies.

  • Maintain organized file systems and ensure timely case updates.

Requirements

  • Admission to the Florida Bar (or other relevant jurisdiction).

  • Proven track record in legal research, drafting, and courtroom advocacy.

  • Familiarity with immigration law, securities regulations, estate planning, and tribal law frameworks.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in complex legal matters.

  • Excellent interpersonal and client-management skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active bar membership in relevant jurisdiction(s).
