This role provides an exciting opportunity for seasoned attorneys with a strong track record in key practice areas, such as Corporate, Litigation, and Trusts & Estates. Duties

  • Lead and manage complex legal matters in Corporate, Litigation, and Trusts & Estates.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Drive business development initiatives to expand the firm’s client base.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated legal solutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior attorneys and other staff, helping them develop their careers.
  • Contribute to the firm’s strategic direction and leadership initiatives.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in one or more of the firm's core practice areas (Corporate, Litigation, Trusts & Estates).
  • Demonstrated success in business development and managing client relationships.
  • Experience leading teams and handling complex legal cases.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a strategic approach to legal issues.
  • Proven ability to innovate and provide practical legal solutions to clients.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active membership in the bar of at least one jurisdiction where the position is based.

Skills

  • Business development and client management expertise.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven leadership abilities with experience managing teams.
  • High-level analytical and problem-solving skills.
