A law firm is seeking a Mid to Senior-level Capital Markets and Securities Corporate Attorney for their Aspen office. The Mid to Senior-level Capital Markets and Securities Corporate Attorney will play a key role in handling debt and equity capital market deals, public and private securities offerings, joint ventures, disclosures, and SEC regulation matters. M&A experience is beneficial. Strong written and oral communication skills, along with excellent professional recommendations, are essential for this role.

 

Duties:

  • Manage debt and equity capital market deals
  • Handle public and private securities offerings
  • Assist with joint ventures and disclosures
  • Ensure compliance with SEC regulations
  • Provide counsel on M&A transactions

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of top-tier law firm experience in securities and capital markets, governance, and general corporate work
  • Significant experience in debt and equity capital market deals, public and private securities offerings, joint ventures, disclosures, and SEC regulation
  • M&A experience is helpful
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent professional recommendations

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

 

Certifications:

Admission to the State Bar in the relevant jurisdiction
