Duties:

• Represent clients in employment discrimination, wage and hour, and other labor-related matters.
• Conduct depositions, engage in discovery, and draft/oppose Motions for Summary Judgment.
• Handle client cases from start to finish, with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex matters, offering support and expertise where necessary.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.
• Take part in the firm's business development and growth efforts.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in labor and employment law, including experience handling discrimination and wage/hour cases.
• Comfortable with all stages of litigation, including depositions and motions practice.
• Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and effectively.
• Strong communication skills with a mature and positive attitude.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical abilities.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Must be admitted to the New York State Bar.

Skills:

• Strong litigation skills, including drafting legal documents, depositions, and court appearances.
• Proficient in legal research tools and case management software.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and client service skills.
