Job Overview:

The Mid-level Financial Restructuring Associate Attorney will primarily work on corporate restructuring and complex commercial bankruptcy matters, utilizing their experience in finance transactions. Strong communication skills and exceptional academic credentials are required for this role.

 

Duties:

  • Handle corporate restructuring and complex commercial bankruptcy matters
  • Utilize prior experience in finance transactions

  • Assist in all aspects of case management and strategy

 

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of corporate restructuring and complex commercial bankruptcy experience

Education:
