The Litigation Family Law Attorney will proactively manage cases, ensure superior client service, and uphold performance metrics to ensure client satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess a Juris Doctorate, Bar Exam passage, and 2-6 years of litigation experience, with a focus on 1st chair family law cases.

Duties:

  • Proactively manage family law cases from beginning to end
  • Provide superior customer service to all clients, including monthly status reports and weekly case reviews
  • Make improvement recommendations to practice managers for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness
  • Manage performance metrics using practice quality software to track accomplishments and client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited university
  • Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt
  • 2-6 years of litigation experience, with a focus on family law
  • Experience serving as 1st chair in family law cases
  • Licensed to practice law in the state of North Carolina
  • Ability to quickly learn new technical programs and software
